Shipping Policy

Currently we are only shipping to the US and Canada. We apologize for any in convience. Everything is shipped using USPS from New York, USA. Our proccessing time is 3-6 business days. These do not include the weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimate after Shipping:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

International: Up to 4 Weeks

We are not responsible for how long USPS takes to deliver your packages. We are also not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Once we give the packages to USPS, control is out of our hands.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this point in time, we are only offering international shipping to Canada.
CUSTOMS
If you live outside of the United States, you are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are unassociated with Sugar Shine Meadows. We are NOT responsible for ANY fees. If your order is returned, we can only offer a refund on the products that you ordered, not the shipping cost.
For domestic customers who reside in USA territories or overseas USA installments, either temporarily or permanently: You are urged to verify with your command center or relevant agency regarding the best way to receive your order. Sugar Shine Meadows is not responsible in any way if you cannot receive your order in an unauthorized area.
