Wax Melts are essentially flameless candles. Scented blocks of wax. They are an alternative to candles for people who like having a scented home without the use of a flame.

You break off a cube or two, and place it in your warmer. It can be an electric or tealight warmer. Whichever one your little heart desires. Once the wax melts, then it makes your whole area smell good. Yum.

An electric one (without flame) or a tealight one (with flame). Again, whichever one your heart desires. I personally don't believe that one is better than the other. I will say that the tealight warmers definitely pack a punch as they make your wax melts strong.

I will say to try to avoid those cheap wax warmers from Walmart. No, I am not talking about the more expensive ones from Better Homes & Garden or The Pioneer Women ones. I'm talking about the specific $8 ones.

Why? I find that these are a hit or miss. If they work for you, that's cool. Continue using them if you want. But if you find that you are having a bad experience with my wax melts, then try a different warmer. These specific ones from Mainstay are very weak in my experience. They are not strong enough to even melt a single cube of wax, and they take a very long time to melt. This results in a bad throw to where you can't even smell the wax because it doesn't burn hot enough. Again, if they work for you, then cool. But if you're having problems with your wax melts, then try a different warmer! Not all warmers are created equal!

Here are my recommendations (Not Affiliated) :

Electric: My Favorite Electric Warmer

Tealight: My Favorite Tealight Warmer

This depends on many factors. Such as your specific warmer, which scent you are using, how long you burn them each time, etc.

Keep in mind that these are NOT INFINITE blocks of wax. They are not meant to last weeks or decades.

One cube should last anywhere from 1-3+ days.

Each time that you use them, they will lose their scent.

Don't expect them to last days if you use them for 24 hours each time. You are burning through all the scent!

No.

No.

I do not claim that my wax melts are pet safe.

Why? Because all pets are allergic to different things. I cannot tell what your pet is allergic to.

I will say that I have used my wax melts around my family dog, my friends have used them around their cats, and my customers have used them around their pets without issues. This is just our experience though. Use these wax melts in moderation.

I've heard that scented items are dangerous to birds however, so keep that in mind if you are a bird owner.
